Our Story

Our story began far from New York in a small Polish village, in a kitchen where the day started at 4am. Since 1997, we’ve been cooking the food we grew up with. Every pierogi folded by hand. Every pot of soup simmered from scratch. Grandmother Maria’s recipes, alive on Newel Street.
