Our Story

Cooked with patience.

Our story began far from New York in a small Polish village, in a kitchen where the day started at 4am. Since 1997, we’ve been serving Polish homemade food, made the way we grew up eating it. Every pierogi folded by hand. Every pot of soup simmered from scratch. Grandmother Maria’s recipes, alive on Newel Street.
