So it seems that “pierogi time” is part of our DNA. I might be the master chef at Restaurant Relax, but there is competition rising fast in the family. Here is my nephew, aged 14, testing his mettle on his first attempt at making pierogi from scratch. Ryan isn’t just fast, he makes beautiful and symmetric pierogi and binds them with beautiful ridges. I can’t wait to boil and serve them to our wonderful customers. There is hope that my family’s culinary tradition will not be lost. Go Ryan!
