The heroes of one of Poland’s most delicious traditions.

Kopytka, meaning “little hooves” in Polish, got their name from their small hoof-like shape. They are traditional potato dumplings that have been loved for centuries.

Pillowy, tender and endlessly versatile.
Sometimes they dance with rich goulash or juicy meatballs, sometimes with mushroom gravy or a crispy cutlet.
Boiled or fried, they are pure comfort in every dancing bite and they always end up in good company.
These dumplings get invited to the plate even more often than potatoes!
