Together, we chopped and blended, creating wholesome dishes like the velvety Green Goddess Soup with earthy sautéed mushrooms and the protein-rich Cauliflower Tabbouleh. The Herbed Socca paired with Wild Mushrooms was a stunning blend of earthy flavors and savory delight, while the Roasted Jerusalem Artichoke Salad added a colorful and tasty interlude.
My tastebuds were in heaven throughout the class! We capped off our nutritious feast with a dreamy Almond-Coconut Panna Cotta. Cooking wholesome food together turned out to be the ultimate feel-good Sunday activity.
