We are happy to share a wonderful cultural event taking place in our neighborhood. The Polish American Folk Dance Company together with the Polish Youth Association is hosting a Polonaise Workshop right here in Greenpoint.
The evening will begin with a short introduction to the history of the Polonaise and its beautiful traditional costumes. After that participants will dance together for about forty five minutes and experience the graceful movements of this classic Polish dance.

Everyone is welcome whether you are an experienced dancer or discovering the Polonaise for the first time. A relaxed social gathering will follow the workshop and more details will be shared by the organizers.
